Bruh this does not make sense

What doesn’t make sense

How each chapter ends and then the next chapter doesn’t pick up where it left off, if that makes sense??? Idk if I miss read or sm but like little bits of the story are missing idk how to explain it and how they just started going out all of a sudden. just didn’t make sense in my mind but I still liked it just my own opinion!
