In original version(Japanese), Doumeki didn't finish his sentence. but I guess he wanted to say something like `you are mine'. Translation is really difficult especially with this manga.

THIS. THIS QUESTION BUGGED ME. But thank you for this. So Doumeki's supposed to say "you are mine". Definitely a different one from "You're mine". I guess they should've just written "You're mi..." so it would be easier to just add "...ne", lol.
