Well, they think they can harass them simply because they were lower than them in the first place. That's their pride talking where "Wasn't she just a lowly bitch before? Then why is she becoming someone more important now?" Something like that.
They can't even gulp down their pride, now for sure they're gonna face MC's wrath.
