I believe the Duke of the north is like in his 20s and she just had her coming of age ceremony and she to wanted to get away from the crown prince I know at one point she's like why don't we use monster meat to feed the people and the Duke said we've tried that but she ends up making it edible

I've read that one and saved it to my list it's good but no cigar the one I remembered is in color.
