Sometime back there was a comment of someone finding the raws on Facebook, in Japanese, and they said that at the end, he finds out that the stalker is his co-worker and it ends with them not being together once he found out.
Hopefully, there's more to it or maybe they misread it but that's the spoiler they gave.

Well I don't know that's just the spoiler that I saw someone saying in the comment section. They did send the link to the Facebook post but by the time I got to it. The link was already dead and I couldn't read it. But I mean, if you know Then I guess the other person was lying. I was actually thinking of dropping this for some time because of those spoilers I got.
