Nah. Skylar will lash out on Cirrus OF COURSE, and will say some hurtful things to Cirrus. Is that wrong? Yes, but that doesn't change the fact that Cirrus is acting up and needs to work on his self-control. Both of them are impulsive, and bevause of that, they throw hands before communicating.
