help me find this manga!!

it was an omegaverse with omega x beta. the beta had longer light hair and the omega had short dark hair. The omega had to live in a separate house (with his dog) because he would constantly release pheromones after having surgery to remove his mark from his previous partner. The beta gets a job taking care of him and they end up together at the end, and the omega having his child. i really liked this one but i might’ve read it on a different account. (￣∇￣")
