They're not gonna get a new artist? It's completely dropped?

It's been two years since the publisher announced that they would be looking for an artist, but they haven't put up a notice that it's getting dropped. I feel like the publisher isn't really actively looking for an artist who can pick this up. after the issue, the author doesn't care anymore whether the manhwa gets continued or not.
