okay so basically what I got is that there’s these 2 guys, primus and the blue heart one. most stories go like “and they were soulmates tied throughout alll time blah blah,” so they’re connected somehow. it would make the most sense if the blonde guy has always been primus, and this blue thing is their tie to each other, which reveals him as primes once they do the blood share thing?
but I don’t know. I haven’t read farther than what’s posted, just assumptions

The other guy was killed because the dude 'father' was experimenting the ritual written in the book, it's a failure trial so that dude die. I read chapter 1 on skip to chapter 30... Idk if i would read this.
so he needs to do the primus ritual and kill them to become primus?? then why kill that guy? and also blonde became primus without killing out mc. whats happening someone explain pls
