I'm actually not sure how that works, Yoosung is between 18 or 19, and 9+ months passed since the beginning at least
I have seen in other manhwas some 20yo ot even 22yo in juvie, but majority in korea is 20, so idk whats the legal age. Maybe if a crime is bad enough like murder in this case, its directly to prison ?
