Because the Sa doesn’t really add anything to the story. It’s just there for shock value. It’s pretty normal to feel uncomfortable about a sa scene especially if it’s a glorified s*x scene . And it’s not like u can check for these things without being spoiled on the whole story. It’s ok if ur fine with it but don’t forget the average person won’t really wanna see this. It’s kinda of a chronically online take to thing it “weird” like huh.

I have to disagree with one thing: yall can actually check the TW without getting spoiled. Just check the comments, the first one from being-you wrote every TW and also wrote that the first half included a lot of rape. So if someone rlly cant handle this topic its sadly their one fault for not checking...

The overall problem is these authors don’t take this topic seriously. Rather they is it as an “further romance between mcs ” or fan service. The Sa doesn’t affect the mcs behaviour nor story . I don’t mind Sa in a story like their bl which handles this perfectly. I’m not even saying that u cant have SA because there are dark and mature bl out there. I’m just bit annoyed that I gotta take a gamble everything a read a story. This isn’t just a bl thing. Honesty I think this mindset affect some bl readers too. I honestly thinks it just bad writing.

I have to disagree with the top part ( sorry if this comes off as rude ) but sometimes rape plots are needed to show what awaits the character in future chapters like in CA taekjoo got raped by Zhenya ( also not trying to justify this cause I dislike him ever since I read the novel ) but that scene was needed to show the characters emotions and changes within that character. Some rape plots are shown to show you how it changes a character although me personally I hate rape plots with a passion it's fr not necessary but it helps with building a character up from the trauma they faced
