They end up going back down to almuten's place with all the guides and espers for a final battle after his brother died. They defeat almuten. He ends up in a relationship with shinje and all the espers start to slowly lose their powers since they aren't needed anymore

Nope, the novel just has what was written above. Don't know if the manhwa adaptation will change that though. The novel has a lot more details and it's super obvious who he will end up with in the end.

After the battle with almuten, shinje is critically injured. Yugeon is going to split off from all the guys and decides to leave while shinje is in a coma. But before he leaves, he uh..... ~uses shinje to his desire~ while shinje is unable to move.
He leaves after that and moves to a different city. Eventually, shinje tracks him down and they end up being together. You do get updates at the end as to what the other guys are up to. They all meet up
