The doctor keeps delaying the news of her pregnancy by saying these symptoms are similar to a prenancy (she is pregnant but the doctor didn't like her so he kept delaying his official diagnosis. That's why he was disposed off)
She specifically told the fl she hasn’t been examined. Even though she had been by the doctor at wherever they were near the north. The imperial doctor didn’t give a final diagnosis but he did.

Also did Eve just lie to our fl? She was examined by a doctor even if he wasn’t an imperial doctor. But she told our fl it was just intuition.
