She’s sick. She’s dying and there’s no cure. So her body is not holding up well. She’s been throwing up blood
She's sick and because they can't uphold her usual standard of life she's losing weight
I don’t think it is, I think she hasn’t been able to eat because of her illness and therefore has lost a lot of weight.
Just adding that she took care of Shinpei who was injured and didn't care for herself properly.
Wait does she have anorexia? Or she just can’t eat? Did I miss something? I feel like I’m forgetting the plot due to the wide time intervals in which I read this or is it just body dysmorphia?
