I play this mmorpg game "Toram", it's a 3d game- very confusing if you don't have a guild when you just started! My guild is inactive from time to time but they're nice and helped (still helping) me a lot ^^
I heard the author has said the game in the story is inspired by Maple Story.
My personal go to MMORPG tho is Final Fantasy 14 Online. It's an old game but it still has an active player base, gets updates, and is even getting a big graphics update this summer.

Noo, I haven't played toram for years now. I really missed the vibe there but now I got genshin to relief the 'exploration vibe' from toram. Wow, just started this year and have reached such level, that's good you know. Ugh should I consider to download toram again.. now that we talk about it, it feels nostalgic to me hehe
