Way worse. Taeju, in his fucked up way, was just doing his job. The dad is a literal child abuser who has neglected his children all their life and left them with a debt to go hide. He does not give a shit about them and would sell them for anything he could get. Taeju on the other hand yes raped etc, but he gave the 2 brothers a house and helped mc find a job. He didnt force mc into prostitution (tho yes did pressure him into ir) All in all he is not a good person, but sayi g that hes in any way on the same level of terrible has the dad is conplete bullshit.

From what I remember I would say that Taeju and Sahyeok are two equal abusers. But if on your emotional scale Taeju is better, I'm no one to say otherwise.

If the author redeemed Taeju out of passion, nothing stops her from redeeming Sahyeok out of paternal love in a critical life or death situation of a pregnant Euihyunof during the kidnapping.
