I like the execution
Read the raws and apparently, or at least according to the ex it's a lavender marriage (lesbian x gay man) but at the same time the ex tells mc that even if he'd let mc know beforehand if mc opposed it he would've gone through with it anyways because of the benefits. Ex is kind of super scummy but at the same time not THAT scummy and the ML is also a major playboy so idk.
I kinda like how they shown his past relationship. Rather than explaining to us what happened, author showed how they met, the attraction, how he's genuinely happy to the point to buy that thing, and then it all came crushing down with the sweet ol you're just a side chick shtick. You can empathize with the Mc unlike stories where mcs just say they were cheated on or just show how they cheated rather than show the progression of their green to red flags, yes I could sympathize but that won't make me interested that much in the character
