Oh it's horrible in work slacks. Since work slacks tend to be fitted but not slim, when there's a boner, there's an OBVIOUS amount of wrinkling/bulging, but it'd look more like a pillowed tent rather than an ornate sculpture like the one drawn here. Me and some work peeps use compression underwear but it barely helps
