So from what i remember, this is a manhwa about college students. The ML is a cold "cool guy" and he assumes that the MC likes him, so he's an assh*le to him. This pisses MC off, so he decides to follow around and annoy him as if he really likes him, to make the ML mad and realize that the MC didn't like him in the first place.
