Either Ozae turned Seoho into a Vampire using his blood, or they both died and the blood didn't work so they passed on together. (￣∇￣")?

they didn’t die cause oza gave seoho blood so they alive now, u can see seoho opens his eyes again, besides the police only found one body so they def got away
