I respectfully disagree with that. Personally, I don’t think that drawing the line at fuck buddies is necessarily a toxic trait. As you mentioned above, he’s very polite and treats the uke well, and there’s no toxicity I can see at the moment

it was a toxic trait because he literally lead the uke on…and then only wanted to be fuck buddies. he’s a grown man playing around with a college student because he's easily mislead.
Other than drawing the line at fuck buddies this seme is definitely a green flag. He’s polite and helps him without completely degrading the uke for being naive.
