I also completely get your point it does give off very weird vibes but why is the MC even into lolicon to begin with? I get it's messed up that Irina (the adult vamp) is masquerading as a 13 year old kid, but wtf is the MC doing with her? MC is aware of her alledged age and yet thats not stopping her suggestive behavior... Why can she reject the adult vamp BUT is unable to reject the kid and is down bad for her? I'm at least somewhat happy that Irina is not actually a child, but that doesn't make this any better at all AND unfortunately if the cover art is anything to go by, the child/loli is probably going to be in the picture way more than the actual adult vamp herself... Irina isn't even on the cover at all ffs

I read up to chapter 8 and only noticed the other chapters yesterday. Had planned to read the rest too but after a couple pages of chapter 9 I had to stop. I'm not even sure if anything happens but it seemed overly sexualized and couldn't bring myself to continue. I just don't want to know anymore (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

Throughout history, there have been very different views on when a person is considered an “adult.” If memory serves, depending on the time it varied from 14 to 24 years old.
Perhaps the author believes that he is writing historical literature. But how he relates magic, vampires and open homosexuality to this is a mystery. Rather, it's just one of his fetishes.
This is if we speak from the author's point of view. If we are talking from the point of view of fictional characters, then everything is simple, Chelsea is under the influence of a curse and she does not have the willpower to resist it.
The pretending to be a child thing is really gross, even if its the vampire lady in disguise, using a childs body to seduce a grown woman I can't get on board with.
