That sniper kid doesn't have much screen time or dialogs but when he speaks, he always makes sense. Seems he's the thinker in the team while 004 is a noisy siren. BTW, even though they already let go of 001 to live civilian life, his opinion still seems to matter to them even if they don't admit it.
