No they didn't get kinda close. They only were playmates as kids and they hunted together bc Carcel is Oscar's cousin so they kinda hung out. They all nobles and royal so the kids all knew each other. They weren't close bc Oscar hated Carcel and Ines knew that so when they get older, she stopped hanging out with Carcel bc she loved Oscar.
