
FR i actually enjoy this kinda ,,slowburn‘‘ it makes the characters def more realistic bcs people in real life also don’t change their behavior immediately. It takes time. Ppl are just impatient and want to happy and in love the sec they get together. That’s not how life works and would totally ruin the pace of the story for me

Same, I adore slowburning because it allows development in character and relationships, and this story has been so careful with the construction of both aspects, that's part of the reason why it is so good, because it feels real, at times it's pretty raw but that’s also part of its charm for me haha
that would make me tweak. this kid can't even act like they are just normal friends. it's not unusual to hang out outside of school hours or be talking while you do chores. why is he constantly acting like this
