I agree that he has the right to say no but he has no right to lead someone that is hopelessly in love with him on and then treat him like he doesn't matter... wow I'm too invested in fictional characters that it scares me
I think he has every right to say no, as everybody should. He must have reasons for the way he acts arrogantly, but besides that I see nothing wrong in being yourself and doing what you want, not the others.
