I'm even more sure now than ever that Jieun is gonna die and he wants Bum to do the killing. Using Google translate I translated the last speech bubble of 18 and it said "until the death". (Can't Google translate more atm because I'm in public and whatnot) I think if Bum refuses to kill her Sangwoo will do it himself. I can't see any way Jieun would not be killed. Sangwoo can't let her go now because she'd go to the police. I don't think Sangwoo is interested in keeping two captives either. He'd kill one and keep the one he likes more, which would be Bum. Jieun will fight it but she's not coming out alive.

I saw the raws of chapter 18 too but i think sangwoo will not kill her immidiately...its more like sangwoo wants bum to become like him a psycho or killer...remeber he says to bum to be together in chapter 13 and then there is his plan that someone might ruin it...
