I am looking for a shoujo one shot manga. It's about a girl who likes to look at her crush play soccer from the balcony. She liked to just watch and another guy would be on the balcony with her doing his own thing (I think he liked to draw). They start to get along and eventually the guy tells her to confess to her crush and she gets upset. Later, it's revealed that he wanted her to confess because he wanted her to get rejected so that he could confess to her because he didn't like just watching.
