It’s racism because the whole race/country is being shown as the bad guys here. It's not just the crown prince. Just because the story isn’t straight up spouting racist bullshit doesn’t make the orientalism stop existing.

Look up orientalism and how Western and some Asian media has a habit of making all middle eastern people as big evil villains and maybe then my comment would make sense to you :)
Racism is an oppression of a race, while stereotype is describing a group as having the same characteristics, i.e., behavior, beliefs, etc. OTOH, prejudice is an opinion/feeling formed without adequate knowledge, thought or reason.
