Why though? Giving someone mixed signals means you’re saying one thing to them while meaning another. He told him he wants to keep things casual and won’t commit to a relationship. That’s exactly what he’s doing. No mixed signals there. If he’s not ready to commit to anyone, it’s best he keeps the relationship as is.
