From what I know he can't at the moment. He has been taking medicine so that he could suppress his heat. Form what I remember, they had some side effects like making him sick and ig making it hard for him to get pregnant
Yeah that’s what I figured. I can’t find the novel but I wonder if he’ll be able to have one in the future. For sure now that the ML knows about his condition, he’ll probably help him with his heat. No more of those medicine
