is edeya an extension of the soul? coz he said that he's more than his soul, so he believes that the essence of his soul can be overcome by their efforts and will?
I think it's just like a trait. Like how some people are just more naturally inclined to be book readers or good swimmers some just have better luck with edeya. So yes, I would believe it to a an extension of the should in a way perhaps.
I kinda dont understand the gap in the soul that mc is so stuck on? like does he mean whether a person's soul is also ranked accordingly to their edeya? Like a soul is better than the other based on that?
