The story stopped at chapter 38 (the last update was in July 2023) where MC absorbed the poison into his body. Then he gives the ML a med to make him forget all the bad thing he did to MC because MC doesn't want he feels guilty. The good news is ML returned back into his cute puppy personality. The bad news is it's MC's turn to get poisoned haha
I usually like obsessive, possessive you name any crazy characteristics in the ML but with a certain condition, that's to respect the MC. However he didn't do that, he lied on him, trampled on his dignity, destroyed his reputation in front of his clan and taking away his cultivation just to claim him. I really hope that MC can die in front of him because that is going to be the biggest punishment for the ML.
