Did I miss something or the fact he is a beta isn't such a deal in this scenario. In some omegaverses the pheromone issue is stronger etc. But here they could just be together. I don't get it. He likes him so much so it doesn't seem like what would other people think...What is the problem here?!?! Wouldn't it be better to confess and be together as an alfa × beta rather then potentially harming him with the drug.
