It's complicated. He had a failed marriage with his wife that left him scarred but it isn't like he loves her. He felt he owes her for being selfish. That is why Jaeha still opens her art studio. Whole point of this story is simple. Eunho keeps chasing after Jaeha which Jaeha eventually gives in but he won't open his heart to Jaeha. First obstacle was some random gay partner, and then Jaeha bumps into his ex wife. But most importantly is that Jaeha doesn't want to fall in love with anyone anymore. Eunho being really possessive but he gets passed off as still a child to Jaeha even though when they eventually "do" it. This manhwa is full of feels, not a lot of drama.

Yeah Jaeha says something like isn't it enough that we just have sex or hang out together? or something like that.... it really hurt eunho.
