SUMMARY
Context: MC is a witch hunter accompanied by a guardian Spirit and a Contract Demon.
The entire plot revolves around a twisted and grotesque version of The Little Red Riding Hood. In this version, children were sent into the forest as sacrifices for the witch. These sacrifices were characterized with Red Hoods.
Goldilocks, the mc who also wears a red hood, was commissioned to get rid of the witch that the Red Hoods were sacrificed to. Upon entering the forest, he meets a pack of wolves lead by a werewolf who assumed that Gold was a Red Hood with the purpose to destroy the forest. This misunderstanding was cleared when Fenrir Wolf realized him and Gold had the same goal. To kill the witch. The reason as to why Fenrir hates the witch is as follows:

Him and his mother lives in the woods. There they encounter little hungry children in Red Hoods. While Fenrir was warming up the milk for them, he later came back to see that the Red Hoods had eaten his mother. They were ghouls made by the Witch.

Upon their first encounter with one of the witch's underlings, Fenrir discovers that Gold has the power to destroy the enemy with one hit. However, this is only possible if he uses equal amount of blood for the power he needs. Fenrir offers to heal Gold by sharing his healing ability through bodily fluids. After the deed was done, Goldilocks thanks him nonchalantly and sternly reminds Fenrir about their goal.
This infuriates Fenrir because it's like Gold didn't really care about what just happened. So to clear things up about Golds personality, Madam Guardian Spirit explains why he's like that.

Gold came from a village of magic people. Gold, however, was born without magic but everyone loved him regardless. One day, a witch wrecked havoc in the village and rounded up all of the young boys (fkng pedo...), tearing their limbs off and eating them alive in order to consume their magic. Because Gold had no magic, the witch assigned him to taking care of the boys and making sure they're plump and fed.
Along the days of the endless torture, the husband of the witch, a massive demon, threatened Gold to either copulate with him or die. And between life and dignity, Gold chose to survive and was r*ped by the massive demon, in which Gold discovers he has the ability to absorb the powers of others. With the power he absorbed from the bodily fluids of the demon, he incinerated him as well as the witch. After freeing his village, he chose to follow sorcerers and become a witch hunter.

Obviously, Fenrir forgave Gold, but right at that moment, the Witch herself showed up and a massive fight occured, along with illusions of Fenrir's mother in order to lure him in. At one point, Fenrir was distracted and in a blink of an eye Gold sacrificed himself in order to push Fenrir from the incoming Spike.
The witch assumed she had won and came to taunt the impaled Gold, but she did not know of the power he had absorbed from the demon from childhood and was blasted in an instant.

Gold and team ventured to the dead Witch's lair and their stood a young girl. Gold recognized her since she caused quite the stir in the neighborhood for burning down her own house (and possibly a collection of others). The girl introduces herself as Red Riding Hood, a Red Hood sacrifice like all the other girls who fought and killed in order to stay alive as the Witch's "Granddaughter". She told Gold to kill her because she could not bear the sins she had done in order to live. However, Gold explained that the Witch gave her a curse, a curse that does not allow her to die and he could not kill her.
Red Riding Hood thought that after the Witch was gone, she would finally die as well. But alas, she was wrong. But Gold understood her pain and gave her directions towards the sorcerers who raised him, telling her that they may know how to lift the curse and end her life at last.
