Ines did not have multiple miscarriages. Ines gave birth to two children. I’m not sure where that incorrect spoiler comes from. Ines gave birth to a boy just like the one who will appear in this week’s episode 67. That child is still her longest living child. He died at 9 months and 3 weeks. Then she gave birth to a baby girl who lived 3 months. Later she finds out that her two children died because Alicia was poisoning her since she was 16 years old. So Ines first child is still the one who looks just like Carcel. His name was Ricardo. The baby girl’s name was Ivana. She has black hair and blue eyes.

I feel the same. She’s horrible and she’s quite aware of what she does.

Ines had miscarriages in her first life, I'm not talking about Ricardo and Ivana. In their first life Ines and Carcel argued about Ines's Miscarriage, and Carcel not having an heir. Olga put pressure on Ines by saying a woman who can't produce children can't keep her husband. Then after taking poisoned pills meant for fertility, her body grew weaker and both her newborns, Ivana and Ricardo died too.

Ines gave birth to Ricardo and Ivana. They weren’t expulsed from the womb. She went into labor and gave birth. Ricardo lived for 9 months and 3 weeks. Ivana lived for 3 months. If you’re talking about Ricardo and Ivana in this fourth life, they are DIFFERENT children. The first Ricardo has blonde hair and blue eyes. The first Ivana has black hair and blue eyes. The second Ricardo has black hair and blue eyes and second Ivana has blonde hair and green eyes. So there are two sets of children that Ines gave birth to that has the same names. Ines and Carcel didn’t realize it until they remembered their first life.

The only time Ines had miscarriages are in the second life with the crown prince which she currently thinks is her first life. Her true first life has two children and a third which was aborted to save her life.
