Ken slept with Ian/Vericke while under their mind control/influence in earlier chapters. But what most people are freaking out about is the author's statement during their creator's note. There they mention the prospect of Ken x Agia not being endgame, and that they want to have scenes with Ken doing it with other men.
I think that they will be the endgame but uke will have some other destined partners ans will have sec with others be it forceful or under a spell or consensual

Ken and Agia are the only ones having sex. As for the one time sex which rape, was by vampire dude with Ken unfortunately in earlier chapters. But it hasn’t happened.
I said in future chapters. He Will see them having sex and I also specified that my assumptions are those. After a plot twist or some revelation they will break up and After that will have scenes with others but for now it's just non consensual rape.

And even if he did, keep in mind they aren’t in an actual relationship, he’s literally in a glorified bondage contract against his will where it is being kept from him that he’s going to be sacrificed as a means to an end because his “partner” wants the sweet release of death.
