yeah that development was obvious, it was a matter of morality not reality lol and laws are a product of philosophizing by generations of humans, so legality is a pretty convenient measure of morality. the title up top is “mc is shit” and i literally meant just that.
Yeah, it's a bummer, but you know, legality isn't always the best judge of what's right or wrong. Plus, what's legal in one place might not be in another and some morally questionble things might very well be legal. Laws are more about politics and power plays or even just plain old mistakes than actually being fair. That's why even some sketchy people can get away with stuff and why we've got those slick lawyers.
