I think it's a chinese series, it would make sense for it to be misogynistic. They're slowly coming out of that mind set, but it isn't gonna be a huge change so soon /:
This is Chinese manhua. You will see alot of it where woman got raped then need to apologize because they broke a vase while trying to struggle or something.
this manhua is so misogynistic i feel so bad for xue rou because of the way she was raised she had to go through sexual harassment at a young age and she was almost raped and no one cared instead they just watched her its also so weird how the moms are pushing their daughters to sleep with the ji family like what?? and i kinda feel bad for the cousin because she was probably raised with that mindset and its prominent in the mc too because she acts this way because of how she was raised basically society in this manhua fucking sucks
