An entire created universe (fiction) where they looks like real humans but are mutants, an excuse for a male figure to get pregnant, breastfeed and have animalistic behavior during sex and thus satisfy erotic fantasies and perversions of readers. For that it's allowed to play with moral concepts of all kinds and of course, it's up to the author to present an exaggerated perversion or not cos they are "justifiable" in this fiction. So you can't apply real rules to this.

1) So Taeju is portrayed as an animal in heat cos he is intoxicated with the smell of his mate that he bonded with (which intensifies his mate deciphering sensations power), it's smell of heat and trust, his body is receptive and relaxed even though he screams No over and over again, Eyuiun pheromones keeps flowing strong to seduce and excite his alpha cos he doesn't want to stop, it's not the smell of fear or disgust so Taeju continues. I believe if it were smell of fear, angry or refusal Taeju would be worried sick and stop cos now he care for Eyuiun well-being.

But, still in ch 34 there is a timelapse where Euihyun narrates his feelings during that passing of time, and he explicitly says he starts to WELCOME Taeju's affections, which are represented by panels of Euiyoung happy, Euiyoung playing with Taeju but ALSO panels of sex times. So here we know Euihyun is in love, even if he doesn't.

After that, he's not raped until ch 53, when Taeju gets his Rut (and probably knocks him up).

Regarding the 2nd paragraph, Euihyun is already pregnant.
