It's absolute trash but the people who have wasted either time or money on rubbish still try to hype the rubbish they're into to justify their irrational choices and general bad taste.
This story had a 9.0 out of 10 rating for good reasons. It was a good, entertaining story. Unfortunatley, the 90% of readers who love this story were constantly shot down by the 10% who don't, so, they stopped commenting. Ironically, it was the haters' loud voices that attracted attention to the story making it one of most popular stories ever.
Probably because this story is ass and toxic womp womp, this is one of the most basic yaois with no good plot whatsoever
Like I said, the haters although only 10% of readers are the loudest and they attack anyone that loves the story. So, people who love the story stay quiet from fear of being attacked.

If you like angst, you can read it. Just don't expect for a perfect ending. I don't exactly know why this is popular, but for me, I gave it 4 stars because I love the backstory of Cain. I am just here and finished the story because of him.
