Girl do u know how much a property/plot, the materials used to build a house, and the workers used to build that, that will costs millions. Just building a small house is already costing half million/a million, what about a cafe with a flower shop where they need to buy furnitures, objects that can be used (like cups, spoons, plates, that thing used to boil water, some materials used to make coffee), electricity, and water bill, flowers, and many more?
Who the hell opens a multi-million business without consulting the other person? And what type of cafe and a flower shop cost seven million dollars? I don't mind taking one million dollars though, I'm not greedy.
