Yeah it was pretty annoying but not hateful. She IS a kid.
But yeah it really depends on the environment too, I guess. My mom was a (asian)single parent and she was often out working ofc. So I grew up not really being spoilt and learnt tolerance at a very young age. I can proudly say I never had tantrums regarding things that I want not being given to me. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
On one hand, it's normal to -not- be spoilt when they're brought up. As an Asian, I had a pretty spartan parenting style- and that meant no tantrums and not being too spoilt, in general. But you've gotta throw the child a bone here- her mother left (recently, I'm guessing, since she still does the tea party and all) and she's being taken care of by her less-than competent father who obviously dosen't know how to take care of kids.
Sure, she's pretty spoilt and throws tantrums but as a child who's being raised by her dad, especially since he dosen't know how to take care of her- I feel like she's kinda got a reason to be spoilt. Being raised by a father who wasn't really there (judging from how he dosen't know anything and always relied on the mom to take care of the kid) is taxing on her.
She's a brat, yea, and it lowkey annoys me, but no need to hate on her.
