I think that mc actually cared for teashin but he's a bit cold hearted? I feel like taeshin was someone dear to mc like if somebody I don't like calls me frequently to tell me abt their life I'm blocking their ass I don't care but mc actually felt guilty abt not picking up and stuff ig???
I mean i.e. I really like my brother so I sometimes talk shit abt him and make fun of him also remember that mc doesn't have normal family or any friends besides taeshin?
