I think you're unnecessarily hating.
They have not even kissed yet. Riena owes him her life and she's actually really helpful so that's why she acts the way she is.
They literally have no concept of privacy like that with the hot springs as it was pointed out in the manga if you had carefullly raad it. Riena did not know he went down because of "privacy" and he didn't even come down because of privacy (he went down because he did not want to lust over Riena, essentially). Riena thought he went down because it was too noisy and as she really likes him she went to check on him and spend time with him.
You can't blame them for liking each other. They're also both the same age and they're 15. You know kids are having relationships at that age like, what? It's not unrealistic that they like each other. Besides they still have not even kissed yet. Also, based on the passage of time, theyre probably close to being 16 too.

I haven't read all the chapters, but from what I saw, the bath scene wasn't drawn sexually - no focus on body parts, just regular nudity. BUT it can definitely be said that it's questionable for there to be nude teens drawn in the first place. Although I'm sure there's people that would say in defense, that that is related to the goblins culture in regards to shared baths. Fortunately it's a very short scene and they didn't show any sexual behavior.

Not just replying to this comment but all of the replies in general. I never meant hate on the series. I'm just pointing out that this seems to be a reoccurring theme in Japanese media. Regardless of the context or how old the characters are in relation to each other, they should not be drawn naked. That is considered cp literally anywhere. I never meant that it was sexual but that it is just weird for them to be portrayed the way they were.
For everyone saying that it isn't sexual or that its fine because they're the same age, just say you're not understanding my point. From the perspective of a grown adult that has been baited into something only to see actual children drawn naked in this manner, I was extremely uncomfortable reading this. It has been a long time since I wrote that comment or even touched this manga, so I don't 100% remember everything that happened. However, if you as a grown adult don't feel uncomfortable or weirded out by how the child in this were written and drawn, you should honestly question your morals. Yes, it's fiction, but in my opinion, that makes it all the more unsettling. To imagine a grown man sitting there and drawing CHILDREN naked and in these situations weirds me out. It's not just this. It's a huge majority of manga and anime. If you are excusing this, you are part of the problem.
On top of this, to say they "aren't being shown in a sexual manner" is a lie and you know that. This type of material was made by and for a certain demographic and by making excuses for it, once again, you're paper of the problem.
I've said my piece and will no longer be responding to these replies. Have a good rest of your day/night wherever you may be and please think about what I said and rethink your views on how children should be portrayed morally. Goodbye.
Honestly Reina kinda pisses me off. I can't put my finger on it but I think its because she's too pushy. And Hiel needs to be more stern instead of just letting himself be pushed around.
I cant bring myself to like Reina because she has no concept if personal space and just wont leave MC alone. He obviously went to the underground hotsprong because he wanted privacy and she decided to follow him regardless of that. If a man did that he would be called a pervert, so why is it okay when she does it?
Not to mention that she's literally a child. I'm not sure how old Hiel is but when Reina first showed up, she looked like a child.
This has way too much fan service. I'm so tired of female characters being written this way. Idk tho maybe I'm just looking into it too much. It's just icky to me tho that there are scenes where children like Reina and Rulle are shown without clothing.
