I understand wanting a happy ending for them, but for me it seems like Je-Oh wasn't satisfied with getting away with everything. He wanted his revenge, which turns out is resembling the very woman he hated more than he realized. Let's be honest if he was a woman in that position no one would be surprised at all that her underlings would try to sa her. This story isn't GETTING dark, it's staying dark for now, and I'm okay with that. I hope his revenge is worth it, that will make this story so, so worth the pain for me.
Am I the only one confused by everyone crying dramatically over where the story is taking us? This story was *always* dark, fucked up, and riddled with trauma in the first part. This is a very natural continuation and I find it fascinating because he judged her for doing it but he is sort of doing the same while dealing with PTSD and maybe even guilt. If you're too sensitive to keep reading or you expected fluffy shit from this story idk what to tell you other than just go and don't bother complaining about it every. Chapter. Their revenge isn't done yet, and it's not going to be a pretty or easily won revenge either. I'm here for it. Happily ever after can wait.
