it's a guy who are broke and drunk and then there's thi older guy who give him money and proceed to take care of the broke guy (?) the top wear glasses and the bottom at some point broke his arm so the top take care of him too, he gave him his atm card so he can buy anything he want (it's Korean manhwa)
