I've felt that many times before and a lot like it but I don't know the name for it.
Ohhh! I know exactly what you are talking about! I also get that feeling all the time when I read something sad (not burst out in tears sad, more like "I can really sympathize with this character" or "I feel so for this character" sad)! Unfortunately I don't know the name of the feeling either but I'm happy to find out I'm not the only one experiencing it! xD
Okay i will try to explain. When i read a manga (usually a sad one) there is this feeling in my stomach (or lets say between stomach and vagina idk where exactly it is). It kinda feels like it is hurting tho i like it. I have no idea if it is a sexual feeling or not. If anyone else is feeling something like that please tell me the name of it. Thank yuuuu
