Yes, the last time when jin back and saw captain on the bed motionless was the present time then after that its flashback, and the events captain became the mafia bitch is not flashback but its not the future or the present, its parallel moments when jin got kidnapped (the event that they fought the demon and the beastmen copulating till jin escape), there was the present time when jin boarded the boat and then he recalling flashback then its flashback again, then theres the present moment when he boarded off the boat all the moment shared by captain got fucked by the mafia, so all those werent the present because it will resume after jin found the captain
